A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia Area, Nick grew up in Saint Davids in Radnor Township. He graduated from The Episcopal Academy in 1997 and went on to the University of Pennsylvania, earning an BA in history with a minor in economics. After graduating from Penn, he taught in the School District of Philadelphia at Alain Locke and Andrew Hamilton Schools in West Philadelphia while earning a masters in education at Saint Joseph’s University.
After teaching, he went on to work with digital marketing startups and earned his MBA from Villanova. In 2017, Nick made the switch to real estate with Long and Foster. In his first year, he was named rookie of the year for the Center City Philly office. By 2020, he was leading the office in most key metrics and named as part on Long and Foster’s Gold Team. Nick continued to lead the office in 2021 and 2022 as the Top Selling Agent. Being licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware,

Nick and his wife Melissa have 2 children, Charles (age 6) and James (age 1).
